Focused, Targeted Massage Therapy in St. George, UT
Skip the full-body routine and get straight to the root of your pain. I focus exclusively on your specific problem areas to provide rapid, effective relief.
About Targeted Massage And My Approach
As the term suggests, targeted massage therapy involves an intense massage therapy session that only concentrates on certain spots of the body. Instead of using the massage therapy time on all parts of the body, I concentrate on resolving your particular problems by spending the entire session massaging the troubled areas of your body.
If you have a problem with your neck or lower back pain, or even frequent tension headaches, I will customize a blend of massage techniques tailored to those exact spots in your body.
This type of massage is suitable for people with an acute pain problem, chronic pain problems, and especially people who do not want a full-body massage. Remote workers struggling with tech neck and shoulder pain and tradesmen with specific lower back pain find this type of massage very helpful.
The clients who always think, "If only I could get the therapist to massage this spot for the entire hour" find this form of massage very helpful.
The reason why my massage therapy session is different from the massage therapy service in general spas is because of my flexibility. If you tell your therapist at a general spa that, "I just want you to massage my shoulders" during a massage therapy session, the therapists feel disrupted as they must adhere to a strict routine. Here, your complaint becomes the routine. I focus on your chief complaints, and the muscle groups associated with the complaint to fix the problem.
Whether you tweaked your back swinging a club at Sunbrook Golf Course, woke up with a stiff neck from blasting the AC during the St. George summer heat, or have chronic desk-posture pain from your home office, I zero in on exactly what hurts.
